Your Impact as an SLP
As a school-based SLP, youll assess and support students with speech, language, communication, and related disorders. Youll develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with IEP teams, provide direct therapy, and document student progress to ensure meaningful growth. Your work will empower students to express themselves and fully participate in their educational journey.
Required Qualifications Florida
To qualify for this role in Florida, candidates must have:

A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

An active Florida SLP license from the Department of Health

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

School-based experience preferred but not required
